CONCLUSIONS

The prototype was tested and we found that the flow achieved 80% satisfaction,

which allows us to validate the flow and be able to add new features to the backlog

and continue improving the MVP.

What I learned:
- Conducting discovery research to understand the problem is crucial.
- The MVP does not need to have all the features at the beginning.
- Maintaining a backlog is essential for prioritizing the impact and effort

required for the product.

RESEARCH

Conducted user interviews to learn about the needs, motivations, barriers, scenarios, and characteristics of potential Frumi users.

INSIGHTS

- Users who frequently order ice cream often do so through delivery applications. These apps provide them with various options for placing orders and allow quick and secure payment.

- On occasions when users place an order, they often fail to successfully complete the payment through the application, which tends to generate tension because the order is not being processed.

- When getting together with friends, people tend to order ice cream as a group to share, taking advantage of promotions, but they need to control the number of tastes they order and thus have better control over the order.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Frumi is a new ice cream shop that has a new product proposal called "ice balls",

which invites us to order 10 flavors of ice cream in the same cup based on

the "build it yourself" with more than

20 flavors, bringing a practical way to

consume ice cream.

MY ROLE

This project marks the completion of a Product Design course,

where I did the entire process —from discovery and research to ideation,

design, and testing— for an MVP. The focus was on incorporating

basic features to fulfill the primary user and business goals.

THE CHALLENGE

Today, people ordering ice cream face the barrier of a limited

number of flavors per order. That's why there is a need for

more options, allowing them to enjoy a greater variety of flavors.

Frumi wants to empower its users to customize their orders and

have 100% control over their ice cream choices.

THE SOLUTION

A web app as an MVP that enables consumers to order a greater variety

of ice cream flavors. It allows them to explore the range of flavors offered

by the brand and enhances the experience of sharing ice cream with friends.

FRUMI APP

MVP

Frumi aims to target ice cream consumers who own a smartphone and can afford to consume ice cream frequently, Using insights, I designed an initial MVP with basic features to address some of the key

user needs.

DESIGN

For this first approach, I designed a flow in which the user could order 10 flavors of ice cream.
