INSIGHTS
- Users who frequently order ice cream often do so through delivery applications. These apps provide them with various options for placing orders and allow quick and secure payment.
- On occasions when users place an order, they often fail to successfully complete the payment through the application, which tends to generate tension because the order is not being processed.
- When getting together with friends, people tend to order ice cream as a group to share, taking advantage of promotions, but they need to control the number of tastes they order and thus have better control over the order.

Frumi aims to target ice cream consumers who own a smartphone and can afford to consume ice cream frequently, Using insights, I designed an initial MVP with basic features to address some of the key
user needs.
DESIGN
For this first approach, I designed a flow in which the user could order 10 flavors of ice cream.
