CONCLUSIONS

This project had a duration of 6 months
before the release.

What I learned:
- The importance of communication with all the teams.
- The first idea is a good start but not the final solution.
- Working with developers is crucial to understand the
constraints and limitations in the design.

DISCOVERY

We received the requirements from the business team, and started defining them to start working on the user flow and design concepts.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This company has a big team of auditors from all around the world,
and it’s part of the Big Four. They handle a lot of information from clients,
processing it to help with different tasks like keeping records,
giving feedback, and managing projects. They hope to enhance
the user experience of their tools so that their teams can do
better work, ultimately improving how they serve their clients.

MY ROLE

As a designer, I collaborated on the design ideas, concepts, and
user interface throughout the project, keeping in mind that this new tool
has to provide users with a consistent experience with other products.

THE CHALLENGE

Based on the scale of the projects and the involvement of several
work teams, managing contact information within the project
becomes challenging. That's why we need a new, clear way to
access that information, where senior and partner users can
oversee project details.

THE SOLUTION

Worked closely with business, product, and developer teams to
ideate and build the  redesign of the new platform from end-to-end,
conducting design review sessions to oversee and ensure that
the platform met user requirements, interactions, and implementations.

DESIGN EXPLORATION

After defining the requirements with the team, I initiated the design concept phase, exploring various ideas to present to the business team for feedback and iterate on the concepts.

DESIGN TO SPRING

With the approval of the final concept and several iterations, and meetings with the team, I started working on the user stories and mockups for the sprint level.
